Proven ability to align cross‑functional teams with organizational goals, optimize processes, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and market competitiveness.
Chris Hoffman
Vice President of Sales
Chris brings more than 25 years of sales and business development experience to Lyon. He leads the sales team and builds relationships with property managers, owners, and facility teams across Colorado. His focus is on understanding each client’s needs and connecting them with dependable construction and restoration support, from emergency response to planned improvements.
Jeff Schendzielos
Senior Business Development
Jeff brings more than 15 years of industry experience to Lyon, with a background in multifamily property management and maintenance. He builds relationships with property management groups and expands Lyon’s client base across the region. An AAMD member, Jeff enjoys connecting with partners in the field and helping ensure they receive dependable service.
Andrew Knopp
Executive Project Director
Andrew brings more than 17 years of experience in construction, mitigation, and environmental remediation to Lyon. He oversees complex restoration and reconstruction projects, coordinating teams from emergency response through completion. A licensed General Contractor Supervisor, he also holds Xactimate Level 3, IICRC water restoration, and OSHA 30 certifications.
Jesse Vargas
Senior Project Director
Jesse brings more than 16 years of experience in mitigation, construction, and environmental remediation to Lyon. He oversees mitigation, reconstruction, and environmental projects, working closely with property owners, property managers, and insurance adjusters throughout every stage of the restoration process.
Chris Altilio
Senior Project Director
Chris brings 13+ years of experience in multifamily property management and operations to Lyon, with a background spanning maintenance, mitigation, reconstruction, new construction, and capital improvements. He works closely with property managers, owners, and facility teams across Colorado. Chris holds EPA Universal and OSHA 30 certifications and is known for his strong client relationships and attention to detail.
Sheila Paine
Operations Manager
Sheila brings 35 years of construction experience and six years in restoration to Lyon. She holds IICRC certifications in water and mold and oversees job-site mitigation work. She ensures crews and subcontractors complete projects according to approved scopes, budgets, and quality standards.
Gisselle Mota
Office Manager
Gisselle brings 3 years of industry experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting to Lyon. She manages job costing, invoicing, financial compliance, and the day-to-day administrative work that keeps projects running smoothly. Her attention to detail helps keep the team organized and project finances on track.
Guadalupe Miramontes
Estimator Assistant
Guadalupe supports Lyon’s estimating team by organizing project documents and assisting with daily tasks. She brings an eagerness to learn and a commitment to supporting her teammates while continuing to build her knowledge and skills in the restoration industry.

Ian brings more than 25 years of construction and restoration experience to Lyon, including the past 20 years in restoration. He manages projects from start to finish, coordinating crews and keeping communication clear with clients. His background includes OSHA 30 training and certifications in water, lead, and mold.
Matthew Torres
Project Manager
Matthew brings 9 years of experience in multifamily, construction, and restoration to Lyon. He manages projects from start to finish, working closely with homeowners, property teams, and contractors to keep work moving and communication clear. His background includes reconstruction, new construction, and capital improvements, supported by EPA, OSHA 10, and OSHA 30 certifications.
